Every year millions of us head abroad in search of a new experience. When we come back to the UK, these experiences are imprinted on our memory, none more so than the thoughts of the food we have eaten. To celebrate the very best of European cuisine, Eurocamp has teamed up with TV celebrity chef Simon Rimmer, star of BBC Two's 'Saturday Kitchen' and UKTV Food's 'Great Food Live', to compile a selection of delicious recipes inspired by some of the continent's most memorable destinations.

Simon's set of recipes will guide you through the very best of European regional cuisine. Each recipe comes with full preparation and cooking instructions as well as a wine recommendation should you fancy a quick tipple to accompany your dish. All ingredients can easily be picked up in a supermarket either in Europe or the UK.

All are designed to be quick and simple to cook and, as they don't require any fancy cooking implements, are easy to whip up whether you are on a self catering holiday or at home in your own kitchen.
